Wendy Goldberg, Founder & President
Wendy is the Founder of BGF and hosts BGF's Sundays with Wendy podcast. She takes the healing arts seriously as a Reverend and Reiki Master and can often be found in a studio continuing the study of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet. Wendy is President of W. C. Goldberg & Co., PC, and since graduating from Old Dominion University in 1996, her entrepreneurial spirit has led the way as a CPA and trusted business advisor.
Wendy is active in the community and currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees for Strelitz International Academy, Treasurer of MOJO Health, Member of the Hampton Roads Advisory Council for Richmond Ballet, The State Ballet of Virginia, and Past Chair of the Development Advisory Board for Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.
Jennifer Chapman, Executive Administrator
Jennifer has nearly a decade of professional experience in non-profit arts administration connecting people and communities through art. Jennifer has worked in varying capacities with many arts organizations including Richmond Ballet, Arts for Learning, The Chrysler Museum of Art, The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and Virginia MOCA.
Jennifer is an active member within the nonprofit arts community in Hampton Roads. She was a panelist in 2017 for Virginia MOCA's Community Voices panel, served on the Virginia MOCA Community Advisory Board in 2019, organizer for the inaugural season of ViBe Story Exchange, a community arts project in the Virginia Beach arts district, and served on the WHRO Emerging Leaders Board chairing several community events presented around Hampton Roads.
Sheetal Ajmani, MD, Medical Advisor
Dr. Sheetal Ajmani has advanced knowledge of clinical pediatric medicine, including well-child care, neurodevelopment, vaccine delivery, and acute and urgent care. She demonstrates leadership in clinical settings, cross-functional teams, business strategy, and coaching peers.
She is the Founder of Radiant Living Institute, creator and host of “Essential Self-Care” podcast, and co-author of Doctoring Better, the Amazon best-selling book featuring 11 top physician coaches who share their journeys through medicine and life. She is a dynamic speaker on wellness, self-care, and work-life integration topics and takes a trauma-sensitive approach to mind-body practices including yoga, meditation, ayurveda, and coaching.

Junior Advisory Council
The Benjamin Goldberg Foundation's Junior Advisory Council (lovingly called JAC) was founded in 2018 by peers of Ben. JAC now boasts over 30 members ages 12-18. These young adults support the Foundation's mission to empower and support children and families on their medical journey through fundraising, community engagement, volunteerism, and spreading awareness of the healing arts in healthcare.
